Lovely, lovely Helena BC from today's Guardian. Beautiful photographs. I have long argued that she would play me in the made for tv biopic of my life. Even though I get that all the eccentricites of dress and hair are allowed to pass because she is so incandescently beautiful that it ceases to matter that she has actual mice in her hair, I am still charmed by her. Charmed, and perhaps, slightly deluded into thinking that because she goes out in her nightie and a tiara I can do so too, without getting mistaken for an actual mad person. I do actually love her though. Also, vair cited about Alice in Wonderland in a tragic fangirl kind of way.
